In 2008, after 10 years of serving as a Technical Manager for Luvata Sales Inc. USA, formerly Outokumpu Copper USA Inc, Yoram founded Heat Transfer Technologies LLC. Yoram saw the need for a company that would provide expertise in Heat Exchangers design and Process Development. Yoram holds a Masters of Science in Engineering degree since 1995, majoring in Fluid Dynamics and Heat Exchangers. Yoram has been awarded numerous patents due to his innovations in the process and design of heat exchangers.

Dr. Black is responsible for tracking and proposing responses to market trends, technology and strategic planning, new business development and growth strategy.
Dr. Black has 28 years of experience in technology development and application in the aluminum and copper fabrication industries. John received his Ph.D. Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980.
